ERS provides web survey programming, hosting and administration at the same standard of excellence as our CATI interviewing. Web surveys can be carried out using purchased sample or ERS-recruited participants, with reminders to respondents via email, telephone, or both. And all data from web surveys is available on our secure client portal in real time, just as with CATI data.

ERS’s audio-enhanced CATI services offer complete flexibility under one roof. Clients can augment surveys with digitally pre-recorded messages at any point within an interview, playing commercials, music, or concept statements and then immediately resuming the interview. Multiple digital recording formats are supported, as are automated broadcast messages.

ERS’s interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities for inbound/outbound studies are an extremely cost-effective solution for short, fully-computerized surveys, such as customer satisfaction and employee feedback, get out the vote, or event reminder calls.

Digital capture can be blended into any survey to record answers to specific questions, or to capture open-ends. And as always, the options of predictive, auto, or manual dialing on CATI studies allow for maximum client flexibility.
