ERS specializes in computer-assisted telephone interviewing from 400 CATI stations. Each station is equipped with Noble Systems’ predictive dialing technology and is staffed and supervised by thoroughly trained personnel who undergo routine skills enhancement training.
Questionnaires are either programmed entirely by ERS staff, or compiled from scripts supplied by the client. ERS takes great pride in the attention to detail that goes into the internal programming and subsequent quality assurance testing of every script before it’s delivered to the interviewers. The programmed script can also be reviewed and tested by clients prior to implementation at their request.
A designated account manager and programmer work directly with the client to oversee every aspect of questionnaire development and project implementation, ensuring efficiency, smooth processes, and maximum return on investment.
